Cantina Violati

The Violati brand was born in 2017, with the first winemaking of our grapes in the new cellar equipped with state-of-the-art wine technology.

The Violati wines reflect the traditional care of the vineyards, the territory and the environment, representing the excellence of the territory of San Gemini, in Umbria.

In organic production, wines are born from the quality of the grapes of our vineyards, cultivated with competence and passion by our working group. The cultivated vines are native such as Grechetto for white, Ciliegiolo and Sangiovese for red, as well as international ones such as Chardonnay and Merlot.

Two sparkling wines produced with the charmat method complete the range of wines: a rosé brut and a white zero dosage. A limited edition sparkling wine made with the classic method was recently added to the line.

Every sip of Violati wine is the expression of the love we put in its nectar, since its origins.
