Visits & Tastings
Come and visit us! Our winery is not far from the historic center of San Gemini, in the province of Terni.
We will warmly welcome you in our large tasting room, with a suggestive panoramic view of our lands and the surrounding hills.
We will engage you in the characteristic atmosphere of the Violati Winery with a walk through the vineyards (weather permitting) and “behind the scenes” with a winery tour. Barbara Violati and her staff will guide you in the tastings of our wines carefully combined with focaccia, cheeses, typical local cold cuts and bruschetta enriched with extra virgin olive oil of our own production.
Tastings with winery tours are offered Monday through Saturday, for a minimum of two people, between 11:00 am and 1:00 pm and 5:00 pm and 7:00 pm, by reservation and subject to winery availability. On Sundays, tastings are only available for groups of at least six people.
For organizational reasons, tasting experiences must be paid for in advance by bank transfer.
