Guest regulations
ARRIVALS AND DEPARTURES
Guests arriving are received from 4:00 pm to 8:00 pm. In order to allow us to welcome you in the best possible way, please indicate your expected arrival time and promptly inform us of any delays. Arrivals that, for particular needs, must take place at different times, must be communicated in advance.
Upon departure, the accommodations must be vacated by 11:00 am. After this time, a cost of € 10.00 will be applied for each additional hour of stay in the accommodation.
RESERVATIONS AND CANCELLATION POLICIES
Reservations can be made either by telephone or by email, or via the online form on the site. When making the request, specify the check-in and check-out dates, the number of people and the type of accommodation you are interested in.
The reservation will be confirmed after payment of a deposit (from 20% up to 50% of the entire stay, depending on the period). The deposit can be paid by bank transfer: the payment details will be communicated at the time of the booking request. In case of cancellation, the deposit will not be refunded, except for serious, certified reasons.
Alternatively, it is possible to recover the deposit by booking a stay on other dates. The balance of the stay and the payment of any extras are made at the time of check-out: we accept cash, debit cards and credit cards.
RATES
The price of the rooms includes overnight stay, breakfast and daily cleaning.
Services included in the rate: wi-fi, air conditioning, heating, access to the swimming pool.
A Tourist Tax of €1.50 per day is required, mandatory for all guests aged 15 and over.
Any damage to the furnishings and accessories of the rooms and common areas will be charged to the customer.
BREAKFAST
Breakfast is included in the price of the stay and is served from 8:00 to 10:00 in our tasting room with a panoramic view.
Breakfast is a buffet and consists of sweet specialties, homemade desserts, dry pastries, yogurt, fruit juices, coffee, etc. Special dietary needs or specific requests for breakfast must be communicated at check-in.
CLEANING
Rooms are cleaned daily. Bed linen and towels are changed every 3 days. Requesting a linen change before 3 days incurs an additional cost.
EQUIPMENT
The rooms and apartments are equipped with a private bathroom, bed linen and towels, independent heating/air conditioning, flat-screen TV and a refrigerated wine cellar with wines and drinks.
The bathrooms are equipped with a shower, hairdryer and courtesy line. Wi-Fi is free throughout the property. The apartments are equipped with a kitchen equipped with a refrigerator and dishes.
Guests are required to communicate any consumption of drinks and wines in the fridge at check-out.
IMPORTANT INFORMATION
Smoking is strictly prohibited in the rooms and common areas inside the property.
Keys: During the stay the key is not kept at the reception but remains with the guest. The key must be returned to reception upon check-out. A fee of €15.00 applies for the lost key.
Valuables: Avoid leaving valuables unattended. The management declines all responsibility for their possible loss.
Consumption reduction: Help us respect and safeguard the environment! We kindly ask you to limit the consumption of water, gas and electricity, turning off the lights and heating in your absence or in case of non-necessary use.
Parking: Private and unattended parking is available free of charge inside the property.
Animals: We also accept your 4-legged friends (small dogs – max 10 kg) with a daily supplement of € 10.00, provided they are well-behaved and accustomed to contact with other people and other animals. Dogs cannot be left alone in the accommodations and must be kept on a leash in all common areas of the facility, both internal and external.
YOUR PETS ARE WELCOME BUT THEIR PRESENCE DURING THE STAY MUST BE COMMUNICATED AT THE TIME OF BOOKING. THEIR ADMISSION IS AT THE DISCRETION OF THE MANAGEMENT, BASED ON THE NUMBER OF GUESTS AND OTHER ANIMALS PRESENT IN THE STRUCTURE FOR THE DATES REQUESTED.
Access to the Pool and Play Area: Access to minors is permitted only if accompanied by their parents or a responsible person. It is forbidden to access the poolside with glasses or glass bottles.
