Agriturismo Violati is a welcoming Wine Resort immersed in the green hills of San Gemini, in the province of Terni.
In business since 2024, our farmhouse offers the possibility of spending a pleasant stay in Umbria in contact with nature, in an accommodation facility equipped with all comforts with a suggestive view of the land and vineyards owned by the company.
The Agriturismo Violati, recently renovated, has 13 rooms and 2 apartments, furnished with care and characterized by an elegant/rustic/shabby chic style, where many of the furniture and furnishing accessories have been made with recycled materials or reinvented to new uses.
Our Agriturismo-Wine Resort in San Gemini is the ideal destination for those looking for an accommodation facility in Umbria where they can renew their body and spirit: an oasis of tranquility and relaxation in which nature becomes an integral part of the environments, with the vineyards, olive trees and greenery that surround it.
For an even more regenerating stay, we make our swimming pool with panoramic views available to guests, while the little ones can have fun in complete safety in the adjacent children’s play area. Furthermore, upon request, we organize aperitifs, aperitif lunches and aperitif dinners with tastings of typical products paired with our wines and cellar tours: an opportunity to get to know our wine production up close and live a 360° experience in our Wine Resort.

For the furnishings of our rooms we have in fact recovered old materials and antique objects in disuse, restored and reinvented for new uses.
Centuries-old oak wood, old convent doors, artistic wrought iron railings and antique window shutters are transformed into unique and refined headboards.
Antique furniture, fine hand-painted ceramics and old agricultural equipment come back to life in original and vintage-flavoured furnishing accessories.
Objects and materials that tell years and years of history: today they have returned to shine in all their beauty in every corner of Agriturismo Violati, representing a symbol of authenticity, uniqueness and environmental sustainability.
Rooms and Apartments
The Agriturismo Violati has been recently renovated, combining the rustic character of the structure with a minimal and elegant style, enriched by authentic furnishings from the local culture and objects from the agricultural tradition recovered and restored. In our accommodations, authentic woods meet soft fabrics and natural materials; the beds, equipped with comfortable and ergonomic mattresses, promote a regenerating rest.
Each room is equipped with a private bathroom with shower and independent air conditioning for a comfortable stay in all seasons of the year; the apartments also have an equipped kitchen and living room. For those who want to live an even more immersive experience in our Wine Resort, we also offer the possibility of tasting our wines directly in the room, thanks to the presence of a refrigerated cellar in each accommodation.
